Terms of Use

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms apply to the FocusMaker iPhone app and the focusmaker.app website (“FocusMaker”), provided by Cleverson Cassel (“we”). By using FocusMaker you agree to them. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

Your account

You can use FocusMaker without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for the content you add, such as habit names and notes.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse FocusMaker: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt our servers, reverse-engineer our services beyond what the law allows, or use the service for anything unlawful.

Not medical advice

FocusMaker is a self-improvement tool. It does not provide medical, psychological or professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your health.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep FocusMaker running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue sync, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your data.

Disclaimer and liability

FocusMaker is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for FocusMaker in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Termination

You can stop using FocusMaker and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use FocusMaker means you accept the updated terms.
